曼特拉庫倫加塔海灘酒店 (Mantra Coolangatta Beach)

紳士なフロントマンが笑顔で優しい対応、案內でした。アロマキャンドルが焚かれとてもいい香りに包まれたロビーでした。 8月末の気溫はまだ肌寒いので、暖房の溫度とシャワーの溫水、水圧もバッチリなので安心して素泊まりできました！朝から雨も降っていた為、聞いてみたら大きめの傘の貸し出しもしてくれて助かりました！ 朝早くからモーニングしているレストランも周りに多くあるので有意義な時間を過ごせました。

The Mantra is in a great location, right across from the beach, close to restaurants, shops etc. The unit we stayed in would’ve been a nice unit once upon a time but it’s in need of some maintenance work and a good spring clean. The bedroom window in the main bedroom was very dirty and had lots of cobwebs as well as dirt on them. The curtains were also broken at the end in every bedroom too. The sink in the ensuite had a blocked drain so every time you used it it filled up with water very quickly as is was a very shallow basin, there was a black ring of mould around the plug hole which could be cleaned with a bit of bleach and a brush. The cutlery drawer in the kitchen was filthy too, seriously it’d take ten minutes to clean the tray in the drawer. There was a lot of dirt on the ceiling in the living area as well as on the balcony ceiling as a glass panel at the end was filthy, obviously never been cleaned. For the price it was a bit of a ripoff I feel.
